  1. I'm trying to complete a store survey and this website is beyond ridiculous !! There is so much on this page I don't know where to look much less find out how to fill out a store survey. Terrible

    2. Go to HallmarkFeedback.com and you will be able to give the required information and answer the survey. I just did it two minutes ago, and it worked perfectly. I wonder if this site has been "hijacked" by someone else to disturb Hallmark customers.

  3. I had the same experience as the person above -- I did not receive a validation code when I completed the survey. I entered the sweepstakes, too, thinking that that's what I had to do to receive the code.

  5. I made a purchase on 12/31/12. My cash register receipt states that I have 3 days to complete the survey. I did note that the offer ends 12/31/12. Although my purchase is within the offer period, and I attempted to enter within the 3 day period (It is now 2:40AM on 1/02/13) the computer would not let me enter the data. This is NOT what Hallmark advertised.

  6. I guess my $3.81 purchase was not financially high enough to take the survey. I could not input in the amt. If you want informatin about your store and service you really need to give us the opportunity to do so. Needless to say I am very disappointed, Hallmark has always been a class act and you did not meet your criteria this time.

  7. The instructions for the survey and the time involved in completing the survey are not worth the exchange of a $2.00 coupon for a future purchase. You need to simplify for more participation.

  9. there is definetly something wrong with this survey! I came back on four (4)! different occasions; filled out the info requested (from my sales receipt); and was ALWAYS told there was an error. I am totally fed up with this! Hallmark should be ashamed of this website! DON'T OFFER SOMETHING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER!!!

  10. I agree....this is a bit too challenging for the $2.00 coupon that is supposed to be given the customer who completes it. Is there some trick to making it work?????

  11. I have completed the survey but the coupon validation code never comes up. This has happened to me more than once.

    Please correct this problem. It seems that other customers are having it as well or forget the surveys.

  14. This survey is very, very difficult to complete. It requires an idiot to follow whatever it is you are trying to accomplish. I have taken this survey many times. This is the first time that I have had this kind of trouble. The survey selected the answers for me before I could even read the question. It was a huge waste of my time.

  15. I just completed the survey (10/21/2013) and it was clear, straightforward and easy to understand. I liked the lime green and purple combination, good contrast and easy on the eyes. The person who commented that he/she did not receive a coupon to print out only has/had to copy down the validation code on his/her sales receipt and bring that in to the store the next time he/she visits.

  16. I too just completed the survey. I found it to be very easy. I don't know what the other people did, but I agree with the person above. I got my validation code at the end of the survey, right after they asked if I wanted to inter the $1000 sweepstakes witch of course I said yes. There is nothing wrong with the survey. Keep up the good work Hallmark.
