I'm trying to complete a store survey and this website is beyond ridiculous !! There is so much on this page I don't know where to look much less find out how to fill out a store survey. Terrible

ReplyDeleteI had the same experience as the person above -- I did not receive a validation code when I completed the survey. I entered the sweepstakes, too, thinking that that's what I had to do to receive the code.

ReplyDeleteI made a purchase on 12/31/12. My cash register receipt states that I have 3 days to complete the survey. I did note that the offer ends 12/31/12. Although my purchase is within the offer period, and I attempted to enter within the 3 day period (It is now 2:40AM on 1/02/13) the computer would not let me enter the data. This is NOT what Hallmark advertised.
ReplyDeleteI guess my $3.81 purchase was not financially high enough to take the survey. I could not input in the amt. If you want informatin about your store and service you really need to give us the opportunity to do so. Needless to say I am very disappointed, Hallmark has always been a class act and you did not meet your criteria this time.
ReplyDeleteThe instructions for the survey and the time involved in completing the survey are not worth the exchange of a $2.00 coupon for a future purchase. You need to simplify for more participation.

I came back on four (4)! different occasions; filled out the info requested (from my sales receipt); and was ALWAYS told there was an error. I am totally fed up with this! Hallmark should be ashamed of this website! DON'T OFFER SOMETHING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER!!!
