I am a loyal customer of M&S relying on the store to supply most of the clothes in my wardrobe.Today I wandered around and didn't see anything that tempted me appart from chinos that I had bought previously and was very happy with- a black pair I thought but none in my size10M.This seemed very unusual -I never can resist buying something!I have to admit that this has happened over the past year.PLease Marks return to your old self providing clothes we all like i.e. good quality, good fit(trousers that fit on the waist),and attractive colours in muted shades.I still have and wear clothes in my wardrobe bought 10- 15 years ago and I love them!
However shopping in the foodhall was most enjoyable. The variety and quality superb and the staff very helpful. So not all negative but please Marks listen to your customers or else face a rapid declin!

I visited M&S Unit 5 Grand Junction Crewe on 06/06/13 at 10:19. It's my husband's birthday and I bought Crusted Sea Bass (his favourite)for our dinner tonight -it was part of the Mediterranean Meal Deal, so I got a lovely bottle of wine free. I also bought Sushi for my lunch, egg custards, choc eclairs for our special day.

I'm a regular shopper there so the staff know me. They are always happy and smiling. Whether it's food or clothes shopping I know I can rely on M&S, so it's a big THANK YOU from me.

  6. Today I visited my nearest M&S in Guildford and once again was bitterly disappointed with the choice of clothing. Nothing seems to fit properly these days and I can never find many 10's or 12's in stock. I have been a customer of M&S for many years and am having to wear items that have been in my wardrobe for the past 10 or 15 years.

  7. Yesterday, I visited the M & S store in Trostre Park, Llanelli, where I went to do a straight swap on a pair of trousers. Staff there were very helpful and polite, but then they always are.

  8. [ ordered 2 bras costing £l5 each over the internet on the 3 oct. to be collected from Meadowhall in Sheffield the next day only to find the goods had not arrived at meadowhall and were delayed for 24 hrs.. . I had stayed overnight in Sheffield and had not received any notification of the delay. My home is at Bakewell in Derbyshire 21 miles away. My complaint is that there is no facility for the goods to be, in this case, sent to my home address or to be sent to Crystal Peaks, Sheffield [where my sister would be able to pick up goods]. The only way I could get the goods would be to travel the 21 miles there and 21 miles back to my home in bakewell. Well over the cost of the postage which I had been prepared to pay. I now have to leave the goods for 7 days at meadowhall and you will eventually reimburse my £30. what a cock-up. So simple to pop the goods in an envelope with my address. Sometimes, for the satisfaction of the customer stupid rules should be put to one side.

  10. Visited Trafford Centre Manchester. Purchased clothes. Have bought clothes there before. Decided to make another purchase. Rigged myself out with summer gear before cruise. Liked clothes shop always helpful and cheerful. Just waiting for sun to shine.
Used my own bankers card rather than my M&S card as I receive a discount off them if I spend over £300.

  12. I've been a loyal customer of M&S for many years, but these days I find it very disappointing. The food is lovely but the clothing is now - for me anyway - a big letdown. Another thing M&S, for heavens sake turn down the volume on your music and promotion CD. Its a constant assault on the ears - one ad after another. I prefer to do my shopping in peace. John Lewis don't bombard their customers like this so why do you?
