  1. Michael's is one of my favorite stores. I enjoy their sales prices, and variety of craft selections. They have a very friendly staff and I visit at least once a week.

  2. I am the "craft lady volunteer" at a Assisted Living Community. My students are between the ages of 80 and 101. I shop at Michaels at least once a week. I am always looking for craft ideas and purchase most of my supplies there. I have a limited budget and use coupons as often as I can. We use a lot of flowers and the "gals" enjoy painting the wooden crafts I buy there. I just wish there was a larger selection of craft ideas. We have certainly painted our share of mini bird houses and various wooden boxes. Thank you!

  5. My survey code only has 17 digits, so I can't even tell Michael's how unhappy I am with their store. I only shop there as a last resort.

  6. I love the store at The District, its clean, well stocked, but what I like the most is one of the associates, Chris, she is so helpful. She is the best employee this store has. if anybody has a question I highly recommend to go to this store at the district and seek for Chris, she will go out of her way to help you.

Colleen picked up some wool from an other store outside Brockville that I needed and Sandra arranged everything between myself and Colleen.. I was extremely impressed and their service believe me will go far because I belong to a group of ladies that crochet.... thank you again Colleen and Sandra your satisfied customer Ginette

  10. I called two different locations (michaels) to see if returnibg items, repurchasing and price adjustment would be a potential at their place, but they refused to do so. But I was told by those two Michael's before I go there that they will help me with my stuff, then they refused it and did not satisfy us. Then why would Michael's has rules and regulations in exchanging and return policy if some stores do not follow it. Fortunately then I ended up going to Oshawa Michael's store to do the stuff (I live in Scarborough). The manager (Tracy) who assisted me was very helpful and her customer service was great. I really appreciate her work. Thank u Tracy.

  11. I didn't have a survey code on my receipt, but want to express my dissatisfaction with the attitude of the woman running the register @ your Davenport, FL store. She was extremely curt and bordered on rudeness. I spent $74 there and my friends also bought items. I'd say that you would have lost $100 worth of business if we had another store to go to.

    1. Working in retail is miserable, making minimum wage it is very difficult to pretend like you give a Shit about people crafting problems. That's great that you spent $74 dollars there but she won't see any of it so I am not sure why she would care. It is hard to be polite to people when in a five hour shift you encounter some of the worst human beings in the world. Sorry your customer service was Shit, but to make it even her day was probably Shit too.

  12. Love the new store at the "Trainyards" mall in Ottawa. It is well stocked with most equipment required by a professional. The quality in art equipment is rather astonishing when compared to local art supply stores. Just might spend more time and $ at Michael's now. As for your survey. MUCH too invasive so I am not completing it.

The cashiers are rude. The managers are very rude & dont know nothing about crafts. I stop going there & went to hobby lobby. They are a great store.

  16. I recently shopped at your Newburgh, NY store. I asked a sales associate whose name was Becky for some assistance. She couldn't have been more helpful to me. I was saddened by a family loss and was trying to put together a memory tree for a service. She stopped what she was doing and helped me put some supplies together. The effort she put forth is unusual these days and she should be commended.

  17. I shop at Michaels in Quakertown and Whitehall all the time and most of the cashiers are always pleasant, I can't say that for all of the workers and some of them call themselves managers. Some of the workers complain about customers and other co. workers in front of the customers and over the head sets that they wear. I feel like walking out when this happens. This is rude of the managers and other workers, then they smile at me when they see me looking at them. Yes, I could mention names since they wear name tags. I have had Brenda a Q-tn. cashier, numerous times and she is always full of suggestions, ideas and help when I ask. If she isn't sure she isn't afraid to ask others for help in an area that she isn't familiar with. I have seen workers, I guess they are managers, giving her dirty looks when she is helping me or they come over and tell her to move along. I am a customer and aren't customers suppose to come first? Without customers you wouldn't have a business.
The store has so many creative things and ideas, I usually buy more then I come in for.
