ReplyDeleteWe had one of the worst dining evenings in our life . Celebrating my father-in-laws 81st birthday, waiting 1hour and 15 minutes to be seated , finally leaving establishment 2 hours and 20 minutes from time of arrival . The server was awesome, service horrible !!! Never to return again !! Once the manager was aware of situation , he must have hid in his office for the night , never to be seen again even to check on meal !! WOW !!
ReplyDeleteWas very unhappy at 1405 Greenbrier Parkway, Chesapeake Va. We were seated by a window and in a few minutes saw ants on our booth. They started to seat the next booth,people saw ants and refused to sit there. As we looked more at our booth we could see ants on the condiments on table, that was enough asked to move. Were moved to a table. We saw other people sat at booths get up and leave. Manager came and said sorry but nothing else. We watched as booths were just wiped off and people seated , Some stayed and some left. As we like Smokey Bones just don"t think we will go to this one again.
