ReplyDeleteI spoke to Deborah, a manager in the Largo, MD Shoppers, about a product that was no longer on the shelf. She advised an order would go in on Wednesday and the product would be in the store on Thursday. I went to the store yesterday, and the item was on the shelf! Kudos to Deborah for her wonderful customer service!!

ReplyDeleteMy store is 7526. I love this shoppers! Just small enough to know where everything is. I love the new self scanners they just got. The meats are always fresh here, unlike some other stores. I especially love Mr. James!! He is so polite & helpful. You should have more employees like him!

ReplyDeleteI've been going to the Shoppers Store:2616 for several years. I'm always impressed by the produce there. Today I was amazed. I found fresh basil, in the middle of so called winter,for only $3.88.

ReplyDeleteI had a wonderful experience and the Olneystore #2612.I was checking out and one of the items that I was purchasing didn't have a bar code, the employee working at the front of the store was so helpful, she ran to the isle where the item was to retrieve another one.Everyone there is always so efficient. AWESOME!
