Are you satisfied with Kohl's service? You can share your experiences about Kohl's and give your opinions and feedback for them at their survey website kohls.com/survey.

How to Take Kohl's Customer Satisfaction Survey? First, you shoud select the language in english or spanish. Then provide the 4-digit store number and the access code located on your receipt and answer a series of questions. The process is quite simple and hardly takes 5-10 minutes .

If you recently shopped in Kohl's stores, you can visit the Kohls Rebates Center to download the rebate form, complete, mail in and then receive your cash rebates.

  1. I purchased two jeans and when I got home I found that the store security tags were still attached. I live 24 mins away so you can imagine my frustration that now I have to ride back. I go in the next day and the run around starts. It gets worst when I finally find the cust svc (which was another story)and the lady behind the counter is coughing her head off and into to her arm. The look she gives me because I would rather wait for the other person to help me than deal with catching whatever she's spreading. I walk out and just leave the jeans. I tried to fill out the cust survey to complain but no window opens to explain the problem. I end up leaving and saying just give the items to charity than dealing with the cust svc.   3. I always enjoy shopping at smith's at 400S.woodruff in IdahoFalls. When I've walked in the store all cashiers always have smiles on there face's and all employee's are so,so helpful in finding what your looking for also. This store is very clean( BIG PLUS). Smith's will always have me as there customer !!! My CODE# 706 431

  4. I shopped with my 10 year old grandaughter in the Defiance,OH store 1087 on Jan. 12, 2013. I had purchased Christmas items and had expired Kohls Cash for $60.00. I had the most helpful, friendly, and enjoyable experience at the register. My granddaughter was treated as the most desirable shopper ever and got to pay for her own purchases-usually not enough time at most places. I was able to use my expired bonus bucks in addition to being offered the chance to scratch off more than the 15% off discount I had. I want to commend my cashier for being the very best customer relations representative for Kohls. 419-782-0518 01/12/13 at 5:04 pm Please forgive my memory but reward her great service in some awesome way.

  5. store #1055 If all mgrs at every store &every walk of life would treat their customers as Debbie does....,wow what a wonderful world it would be. On the day I went shopping for a particular item, Mgr Debbie just walking through the store offered help, instead of calling a cashier like a lot of mgrs do. Ms Debbie is a true professional and treats everyone the same, and doesn't act like she is to good to help as I have witnessed a lot of mgrs do. I was a customer on 2/5/13. If by chance anyone does read these comments..., Debbie deserves promotion, raise, etc. Sincerely P Kelsey Lowery

  6. ASpen Hill, Maryland store 1480. Kohl's is a wonderful place to visit...the store is clean, isles wide, merchandise tightly packed on racks, clean rest room. However, very few associates milling around checking on customers. Big sales going on but not sure what is on sale, what is not on sale, a big surprise at the cashier! if you can find a cashier. Twice i had to wait for a cashier...am i the only one in the store (reason for open space). If Kohl's management reads these blurbs, here are a few suggestions to promote business: step one, hire cashiers or is the merchandise free (doubt this) step two, hire merchandise consultants, these are people who roam the store and say, Can I help you? step three, have price on items and if item is part of the big store sale. Today, i stopped in Kohl's only to browse while my car was in the shop. I selected three men's shirts, all what I thought were on the sale racks, when i got to the cashier's box and when a cashier came to the box, i found out the real prices. So out of three, I bought one. I could have bought more if prices and help were available. The power of people!

  7. #644 Kohl's, Had a very pleasurable experience.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had an on-line return that went very smooth. They honored my Birthday 10.00 card which was a few days past. That was surprising and got a scratch off, and 20.00 Kohl's cash back after buying 7 pairs of shoes!! Got a great deal and now I need to spend my Kohl's cash :-) Rosa the Manager checked me out, she was very professional and friendly. I have to say had my best experience that evening. Great job to all.

  9. In your store (1023) didn't buy the jacket or the watch as no help around. Aggravated when I got to the check out, women in front looking for a discount coupon on line taking forever, said she was being as quick as she can, she didn't like my response.
