How do you feel about dining at Sonic Drive-In fast-food restaurant? Are you satisfied with its products and quality of service? It's easy to give your feedback and opinion for them at Sonic customer survey website www.Talktosonic.com. After completing the Sonic survey, you will get a validation code that can be redeemed for free food or drink.

To complete the Sonic customer survey, you will need to locate the ID number printd on your receipt and carefully enter it in the provided box. Then start to answer all the survey question about your most recent dining experience. It will take you around 5 minutes to complete.

How Sonic Drive-In Works?

1. Pull into the stall of your choice as long as it's empty.

2. Look at the menu with your eyes. Listen with your ears to your stomach.

3. Press the red button and ignite a chain reaction of delicious proportions.

4. Like an eight-wheeld human food chariot, a carhop delivers your food to your driver's side window. with a side of smiles.

5. Pay cash toyour carhop or pay with a credit or debit card at the stall.

                  
6. This is when you eat and enjoy the company of people also eating (repeat as needed).

  4. It was easier to get a promo code when we called a toll free number. Now for ones that don't have internet at home, its harder to get the code. I just missed out on a free drink because of that.

  11. We had so much fun taking my Auntie and Uncle to the Sonic in San Antonio TX. He was a body guard for President L.B.J. so he never went out to eat. We ordered a wacky pack, I thought he was going to die. We laughed so hard, then my husband ordered a cream pie shake, and he wanted a cream pie shake. My Auntie had suffered many strokes,she couldn,t talk, but she laughed !!!!!

  51. I agree with the other people, getting a code by phone was a lot easier than coming to this website. I buy tea every day from sonic, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Every time I enter a receipt number, it tells me that it has expired and when I try to enter another one it won't let me. I rely on these "free" items when I'm short on cash and this is making me really frustrated. I don't mind doing a survey, but SONIC needs to make it "customer friendly"

Went to the Chambersburg Sonic today was not a good visit, I was missing 2 cheeseburgers when I got home one was missing from a JR DBLCH that was ordered as plain it was plain but was missing a burger patty. the other was JR DLXCB no mayo there was no mayo but also there was no burger patty tried to call the Resturant to explain what I was missing from my order and was promptly hung up on.. Tried to call back and the line was busy.. We stop in a sonic a few times a week even if it's just for a Route 44 drink and have always been happy with our order but today was not a happy day

  90. I got a route 44 coke for my son and after he finished it there was black stuff in the bottom of his cup in the small amount of coke that was left....nasty looks like some fountain machines are not being cleaned often enough if at all.

This is terrible, i went twice today and they said free drink with the promo code, came home and I can't even get it entered in, sorry and when I call in an order hear lately it is always wrong , I happened to check it the other night it was wrong kept telling me it was in there , but it wasn't then had to wait ten minutes more just for a foot long then by the time I got it everything was cold.

  107. I love sonic!But here is my ONE complaint, the happy hour is not long enough. Plain and simple drinks make you money because they are cheap to produce. Now make happy hour longer so you can take advantage of all of us thirsty and loyal customers by stretching the happy hour a few more hours. PLEASE!!

  109. I whent a few nights a go and it took about an hour for my food to get to me when there was only one other personson in a stall. Then the food me and my brother eat from sonic me and my brother got sick as dogs and could not go to school for three days. I will be suprised if I ever get food at sonic ever agin. Also the prices are too high and they I had only had 20 dallors and it costed me over 16 dallors and that was only for 2 of the cheapes bergers and 2 meadeam sodas with poor servise
