I was at store #734 and Mark, who wasn't working at the time, was very helpful in store and assisted with my vehicle in the parking lot as well - very much appreciate his assistance and will definitely be back

DeleteI recently started shopping at store 780 Peterborough for parts foe my 42 year old Caprice. Was surprised what I was able to find in stock and what they did not stock was in the next day. Staff were very friendly and most helpful. I will continue shopping here.

ReplyDeleteThis afternoon I went to the local 713 whitby and I was very well served by Bruss .
when I asked for the part that I was looking for he immediately helped me, I paid and I went out to the store ....But what really amazed me was to saw Bruss coming to help me ( I was in the parking lot ) he helped me to changed the part that had damaged in my car ... really the service is excellent ..everybody in this store is very professional and they know how important is a customer ... This afternoon I saw kindness, courtesy and generosity without expecting anything in return.

I went to your store on Lakeshore RD in Kelowna to buy a speaker for one of my residents in a senior home that I manage who is almost deaf. Salesman was very helpful in helping me find the right speaker for her Ipad so she could do facetime with her family. The speaker I bought was perfect for her . She is now able to hear her family talking to her . She was in tears , she was so happy. Thank you so much

ReplyDeleteI went to store # 757 to buy OBDII scanner that was advertised in your flyer from $ 59.99 - $ 79.99 I wanted Innova 3130 as per the picture in your flyer, how ever I couldn't get that one for that price, Brian the sales rep said that one wasn't on sale ,yet in your flyer clearly show the picture of 3130, wouldn't that be false advertising ??? was disappointed. I did buy air filter..Brian was very helpful..was in store #757 on Mar 02/18 @ 14.36
