I want to make sure your employees at store #06127 is recognized for all they did on 8/28/14, when the drive belt on my bmw broke while I was traveling alone on I 20, being a female and not knowing anything about mechanic issues, George Graham and Bill Britton, Immediate provided me with the help I needed by providing the resources for drive belt and local mechanic. I was back on the road less than 4 hours, that compared to what it could have been was such a blessing to me.PLEASE recognize your employees for doing such a great job with pleasant attitude.

  5. I would like to take a moment to recognize one of your team member’s outstanding customer service this evening, but first allow me to share my story. This has been a very stressful time for my family. We are residents of Johnson City, TN but currently have a sick baby in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville. We have been staying at the Ronald McDonald house for nearly a month while our son gained enough weight to undergo a surgery that would allow him to breathe on his own and eventually bring him home. That surgery was finally performed yesterday. In addition, my Grandpa unexpectedly passed away last week and his funeral was today in Atlanta. Returning to Nashville from Atlanta this evening my wife and I had car trouble. I am familiar enough to know it was an ignition coil that had failed, and I knew just where to go. I looked up the closest Advance Auto Parts on my iPhone and found store #6120 in Ringgold, GA – just off I-75. There we met Raymond Santillano. He took excellent care of us with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and technical expertise. While I understood he could not physically touch my car for liability reasons, he provided guidance answering questions and providing tools. In the hour I spent at his store I also witnessed him providing similar service to multiple other customers. He certainly is a hard worker and goes out of his way to take great care of his customers. Because of him we were able to resolve our car issue and continue on to Nashville and be reunited with our son. I certainly hope he receives the recognition he deserves and this letter is shared at every level of management. I have been a customer of Advance Auto Parts for many years and am personally acquainted with Darrell Hardin the Director of Asset Protection. Mr. Santillano represented himself and Advance Auto Parts very well.

  6. I had a great experience at the store in Amherst,OH. Mick and Ben were patient and helpful. I needed my battery tested, not only did Ben charge it for me (a process that took 30 mins; which was past close) he also was kind enough to put in the new one without any hassle when the old one failed to charge. I highly recommend this store to everyone!

  16. I hope someone from corporate reads this store # 08934 in Shirley n y is the most poorly run store I have ever visit. I will drive out of my way in the future to purchase parts. Never enough counter people , no service and no one seems to care.
